• The Company establishes a Shareholders Communication Policy to ensure that shareholders are provided with ready, equal and timely access to balanced and understandable information about the Company:

Corporate Communications Requests

• Corporate Communication refers to any document issued or to be issued by the Company for the information or action of holders of any of its securities, including, but not limited to, the directors' report and annual accounts together with a copy of the auditor's report, the interim report, a notice of meeting, a circular and a proxy form (the "Corporate Communications").


• The English and Chinese versions of all Corporate Communications of the Company are available on the Company's website at www.irasia.com/listco/hk/lkm and the HKEXnews website at www.hkexnews.hk. The Company supplies Corporate Communications (other than Actionable Corporate Communication) to shareholders by electronic means through the Company's website and the HKEXnews website.


• Where a Corporate Communication is issued to seek instructions from the Company's registered shareholders on how they wish to exercise their rights or make an election as shareholders ("Actionable Corporate Communication"), the Actionable Corporate Communication will be sent to registered shareholders individually by post to the shareholders' addresses as they appear in the Company's register of members. For the avoidance of doubt, Actionable Corporate Communications do not include notices of general meetings and proxy forms.


• To ensure timely receipt of the latest Corporate Communications, the Company recommends its registered shareholders to provide their email addresses to the Share Registrar. If the Company does not receive a functional email address from the Company's registered shareholder, until such time that the functional email address is provided to the Share Registrar, the registered shareholder will (i) be unable to receive any notifications regarding the publication of Corporate Communications; (ii) need to proactively check the Company's website and the HKEXnews website to keep up with the publication of Corporate Communications; and (iii) the Company will send the Actionable Corporate Communications in printed form in the future.


• If a registered shareholder has difficulty in accessing the relevant Corporate Communications electronically, or wishes to receive the Corporate Communications in printed form, such registered shareholder may send the request in writing to the Share Registrar or send an email to lungkee.ecom@computershare.com.hk specifying the name, address and request to receive the Corporate Communications in printed form.


• Non-registered shareholder whose shares in the Company are held in The Central Clearing and Settlement System (CCASS) and who has notified the Company from time to time through Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited that such non-registered shareholder wishes to receive Corporate Communications, may also request to receive the Corporate Communications in printed form.


• Reply forms for registered shareholder/non-registered shareholder to provide the email address of receiving Corporate Communications and/or to request the Corporate Communications in printed form are available for download below:
