The Board of Directors of Lerado Group (Holding) Company Limited (the "Company") refers to the interim results announcement dated 8th September, 2000, for the six months ended 30th June, 2000 and wishes to clarify that there is a clerical error as to the date of the lodgement of all transfers. To qualify for the interim dividend of HK$0.03 per share, all transfers accompanied by the relevant share certificates must be lodged with the Company's Registrar, Secretaries Limited not later than 4:00 p.m. on 28th September, 2000.
