THE COMPANY

Daisho Microline Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 0567) (the "Company") was listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 31 January 1990. The Company and its subsidiaries (collectively referred to as the "Group") are now principally engaged in (i) investments holding, (ii) manufacturing and trading of printed circuit boards (the "PCB"), (iii) trading of petroleum and energy products and related business and (iv) manufacturing and trading of printing and packaging products.
